What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a reservation for a product that has not yet been released by the manufacturer (Iron Studios). By placing a pre-order, you secure your unit before general availability. This guarantees you won't miss out on limited-edition releases that may sell out once production is complete.

How It Works

Place Your Pre-Order

Browse our Pre-Orders page and select the statue you want to reserve. Complete the purchase at the full product price listed on the product page.

Payment Is Processed

Payment is processed at the time of checkout. Your pre-order is now secured and guaranteed.

Manufacturing & Fulfilment

The product is manufactured by Iron Studios and fulfilled once stock is released through the supply chain. This process can take several months, and timing may change.

We Notify You

Once your order is ready to dispatch, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information.

Quality Check & Dispatch

Every statue is inspected for quality before shipping. We double-box all collectibles with protective foam to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Estimated Timelines

Pre-order timing depends on manufacturer release schedules, stock allocation, quality control, and logistics. Any availability information should be treated as an estimate only.

We will proactively communicate any significant changes to the estimated timeline via email. You can also check the status of your pre-order in your account order history.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • ✓Within 24 hours: Cancel your pre-order for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
  • !After 24 hours: Cancellation may be possible, but a portion of the payment may be retained as a reservation fee, depending on how far production has progressed. Contact us for details.
  • ✓Delay over 6 months: If the product is delayed by more than 6 months beyond the original estimate, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • •It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address for updates about your pre-order.
  • •Some pre-orders may take over a year to fulfill. Please order only if you are comfortable with flexible release timing.
  • •Pre-order products are non-transferable and reserved specifically for you.
  • •Customs fees, duties, or import taxes are not included in the pre-order price and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • •Pricing is guaranteed at the time of your pre-order, even if the manufacturer adjusts prices before release.
