Studio Scale Statues is a curated online gallery specializing in premium Iron Studios collectible statues. We are an authorized reseller of Iron Studios products and operate as an independent European business.

We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. All collectible statues are manufactured by Iron Studios or its licensed partners. Studio Scale Statues acts as a reseller and is responsible for the sales process, customer service, and order fulfillment as described in these terms.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and the overall design — is the property of Studio Scale Statues, its content suppliers, or the respective rights holders (including Iron Studios, DC Comics, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and other licensors), and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The display of branded product images and logos on this website is for informational and sales purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or affiliation beyond our authorized reseller relationship.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from this website without prior written authorization.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for European Union customers. For customers outside the EU, VAT may be adjusted at checkout based on your shipping destination.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

In the event that a product cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues or discontinuation by the manufacturer, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, and product availability. For pre-order items, shipping timelines begin once the product arrives at our warehouse.

Studio Scale Statues is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and noting any damage on the delivery receipt.

Under European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items that have been opened, assembled, or showing signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Pre-order products are items that have not yet been released by the manufacturer. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your item and agree to the estimated timeline provided on the product page.

Estimated release dates are provided by Iron Studios and are subject to change. Studio Scale Statues will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated timeline.

Pre-orders may be cancelled with a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After this period, certain pre-order fees may be non-refundable if the item is already in production. See our How Pre-Order Works page for full details.

Studio Scale Statues acts as a reseller of products manufactured by third parties (primarily Iron Studios). While we stand behind the quality of every product we sell, we are not the manufacturer and therefore do not warrant against manufacturing defects beyond what is provided by the manufacturer's warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Scale Statues' total liability for any claim arising from or related to the purchase or use of a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits.
