We ship collectibles worldwide. Here's what you need to know about international shipping, customs, and delivery.

Shipping Method

We work with trusted carrier partners to deliver your collectibles safely and efficiently, anywhere in the world. During checkout, you'll be able to enter your delivery address and choose from available shipping options with their respective costs and estimated delivery times.

Important:Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are provided by the carrier and are indicative only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local authority inspections, or other factors outside Studio Scale Statues' control.

How Shipping Charges Are Calculated

International shipping charges are calculated based on the dimensional weight of your order and the destination country. The shipping cost displayed at checkout represents the shipping fee for delivery to your address.

Shipping Within the European Union

Ships from our EU warehouse — faster EU delivery, no import duties between member states

  • •Standard delivery: 5–10 business days.
  • •Express delivery options available at checkout.
  • •No additional customs fees or import duties for EU destinations.

Countries Outside the European Union

⚠️ Important Notice: For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, sales taxes, and other charges may be levied by your local authorities upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

It is your responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties that may apply in your country before placing an order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information.

As the importer of record, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by your country's government. Studio Scale Statues does not collect or remit these fees on your behalf.

Customs Classification

Studio Scale Statues uses harmonized commodity codes that we believe to be appropriate for our collectible statue products. However, your local customs authority has the discretion to reclassify goods and apply different duty rates. If you believe the applied classification is incorrect, we recommend contacting the carrier or your local customs office directly to request a review.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If you refuse delivery of a package or fail to pay required import fees, resulting in the package being returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for all charges incurred by Studio Scale Statues, including:

  • •Original shipping cost (non-refundable)
  • •Return shipping cost charged by the carrier
  • •Any customs or import fees billed to us by authorities

Upon return of a refused shipment, you will receive a refund of the product price, minus the charges listed above. For pre-orders, the non-refundable deposit will also be retained.

If, for any reason, we are unable to receive the returned package at our warehouse (e.g., if it is abandoned by the carrier or seized by customs),no refund will be issued.

Packaging & Protection

Every collectible statue is carefully packaged for international transit. We use double-boxing with protective foam inserts to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. In the rare event that your statue arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
